About Held With Love
Held With Love was born from the greatest loss of my life — the pregnancy loss of my son, Kofi.
At 41, my first pregnancy brought a joy I had never known. That joy turned to grief faster than I could have imagined. In the months that followed, I found my way back to myself through crafting — making things with my hands, creating small, quiet honors for a life that mattered, even if the world had barely known it.
I believe the children who never get the chance to arrive are still ours. They still deserve to be remembered, named, and held — even if only in our hearts and in the small, beautiful objects we keep near.
Held With Love exists for every family who has walked this road. For every mother sitting in the silence of a loss that others don’t always know how to name. For the fathers, the grandparents, the friends who stood by helpless, wanting to do something.
Every gift in this shop was chosen with intention — to say: this life mattered. Your grief is real. You are not alone.
I do this work for Kofi, who never was but continues to be my brightest light.
